LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Consumer prices in the 16-nation euro zone rose 0.9% in February compared to the same month last year, slowing from a 1% annual pace seen in January, the European Union statistics agency Eurostat reported Tuesday. The figure matched Eurostat's preliminary estimate released earlier this month. The pace of inflation is well below the European Central Bank's annual target of just below 2%.
